Ingredients:

Pan Fried Turkey Steaks Topped with Balsamic Peppers:
1 lb turkey steaks
1 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 Tbsp olive oil
4 Tbsp butter, divided
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 red onion, thinly sliced
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp honey
Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions:
Pat turkey steaks dry with paper towel. Season both sides of the steaks with italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Heat oil and 2 Tbsp butter in a skillet over medium high heat. Cook, 2-3 minutes each side, until cooked through. Remove from the skillet, set aside and cover with foil to keep warm.

Lower heat to medium. Add remaining 2 Tbsp butter, onions, and peppers. Stir and cook for 5-7 minutes, until tender and season as needed. Stir in garlic and cook for 30-60 seconds more. Add balsamic vinegar and honey. Stir for 2-4 minutes, until thick. Place onions and peppers on top of the turkey steaks and garnish with fresh parsley.
