Spicy Honey Garlic Shrimp
Serves: Four | Prep: 15 min | Cook: 5 min
Ingredients:
Spicy Honey Garlic Shrimp:
1 lb uncooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 Tbsp olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 chili pepper, thinly sliced
1/4 cup honey
3 Tbsp soy sauce
1 lime, juiced
2 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
1 scallion, thinly sliced
Directions:
Heat oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Add garlic and chili pepper. Stir and cook, 1 minute. Stir in honey, soy sauce, and shrimp. Cook and stir, 3-5 minutes, until shrimp is pink and cooked through. Take off heat and stir in lime juice, fresh cilantro and scallions. Season with salt.
Serve with Rice or Dutch Oven Bread
