Pepperoni Prosciutto Calzones

Ingredients:
Pepperoni Prosciutto Calzones:
2 Pizza Dough
4 oz pepperoni, chopped
6 slices prosiutto, chopped
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp red pepper flake
1 egg
1 Tbsp sesame seeds
Directions:
On a floured work surface roll out pizza dough into four circles, about 10-inches each.
Preheat oven 450F/ 230C. Line two baking trays with baking paper.
In a bowl add pepperoni, prosciutto, ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan cheese, dried oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, and red pepper flake. Mix, until combined. Place filling on half of each circle. Leaving a 1-inch boarder around the edge. Fold the side over the filling and seal the edges, by pinching together. Transfer calzones to the prepared tray, leaving a space between the calzones. Cut three slits on top of each calzone.
In a bowl make an egg wash by whisking egg with 1 tablespoon water. Brush egg wash over the calzones. Top with sesame seeds. Bake, 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
Serve with warm Marinara Sauce
