Grilled Brie with Tomatoes
Serves: Eight | Prep: 10 min | Cook: 15 min
Ingredients:
Grilled Brie with Tomatoes:
1 brie wheel
8 oz cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 tsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 Tbsp fresh basil, chopped
Balsamic Glaze
Directions:
Preheat barbeque or oven 425F/220C.
Place brie in a cast iron, score the brie with a sharp knife.
In a bowl add tomatoes, onion, garlic, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine. Place the tomato mixture on top of the scored brie. Place in the oven or on the barbeque with the lid closed, 15-20 minutes, until bubbling. Garnish with fresh basil and a drizzle of Balsamic Glaze .
Serve with Bruschetta.
