Charcuterie Wreath

Charcuterie Wreath:

Ingredients:
8 oz mixed pitted olives
4 oz white cheddar, cubed
4 oz red cheddar, cubed
4 oz bocconcini, drained
2 oz thinly sliced salami
2 oz thinly sliced pepperoni
2 oz thinly sliced chorizo
1 jar gherkins, drained
1 jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained
1 pint cherry tomatoes
Rosemary Sprigs
Wood Cocktail toothpicks

Directions:
If using some rosemary sprigs as skewers; clean the rosemary skewers by removing 3/4 of the rosemary from the stick, leaving some rosemary on the top.

Gather all ingredients. Skewer ingredients onto wood cocktail sticks and/or cleaned rosemary skewers. Arrange in a wreath shape on a large round cutter board. Fill in any gaps with extra fresh rosemary sprigs and enjoy.
