Roasted Seeds
Serves: Makes 3 cups | Prep: 5 min | Cook: 10 min
Ingredients:
Roasted Seeds:
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1/3 cup flaxseed
1/3 cup sesame seeds
1/3 cup poppy seeds
Directions:
Preheat oven 350F/180C.
Lay seeds evenly on the baking tray. Bake, 10-15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
Let cool and store in airtight container for 4-6 months.
